The behavioral care you need, When you need it.

The primary objective of the SafetyZone Urgent Care is to stabilize individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges in a safe, calming environment, while also reducing unnecessary emergency room visits and hospitalizations. By leveraging the expertise of psychiatric prescribing providers, nurses, social workers, and peer specialist, the SafetyZone Urgent Care aims to provide comprehensive triage, de-escalation, and appropriate treatment for patients. Additionally, the model seeks to empower patients and their support networks by facilitating access to community-based providers and resources for ongoing care.

• The provision of mental health, substance use, and/or physical health assessment/ evaluation, for disposition, medication management and referrals.  

• Patients/caregivers will participate in post- care education and planning for coordination of care for the patient.

• Staff will facilitate referrals using a unique easy to use technology for transitions of care.  In addition staff will assist patients with insurance affordability programs as needed.
