What to Expect!
1. Upon arrival, you will begin the intake process by providing your insurance
documentation to the front desk staff. If you do not have medical insurance,
please inform the staff so that they can assist you accordingly.
2. Following intake, a trained health care provider—such as a registered nurse
(RN), licensed practical nurse (LPN), or nurse practitioner—will conduct a
comprehensive health assessment to evaluate your immediate needs.
3. After your assessment, you will be referred to the appropriate behavioral
health care specialist, who will offer a form of therapy tailored to your
Situation.
4. You may also be referred to a peer support specialist for further evaluation
and intervention, providing an additional layer of support during your visit.
5. Finally, you will meet with our staff to discuss the next steps for your
personalized care plan, ensuring you receive guidance and support as you
Proceed.
6. At your request, we will offer a follow up call the next day.

Eligibility & Fees
• Services available for adults (18+)
• Insurance and third party payers will be billed first
• No one will be denied services based on ability to pay

A behavioral health crisis is self-identified and can include:
